For the first time in several years our lodge has scheduled a Fire and Water degree. This has long been a favorite of brethren from all over the 8th Eastern District. The degree will be held on the beach at the GAO Grotto on Denmark Road beginning at 6:30 PM on Oct. 18th. This is a great opportunity for lodge members to return to lodge for an enjoable event that you only need to sit and watch. Each brother is encouraged to bring a lawn chair and his appetite for a great dinner. |

Many thanks to everyone that made our Apr. 29th fundraiser for burn victim Kirby Collins such a big success. This was more successful than we had ever hoped. Kirby's family greatly appreciates everyone's assistance through these rough times. |

The annual Past Master's dinner honoring the masters of the three Danville lodges will be held on Sept. 29th at 6:30 P.M. at the Masonic Temple. This year we will be honoring Worshipful Brother Jerry H. Askren, who served the lodge well for the Masonic year 2005-2006. Reservations are required and must be made with the secretary (217-443-4895) by 9/22/06. Cost is $10.00 per person in advance. |

July 10th, 2004: Cornerstone laying ceremony by Grand Master and other Grand Lodge Officers, Tilton City Hall building. Here is the event flier. Over 100 people were in attendance on a hot and muggy day.
June 22th, 2004: 1st degree ceremony, Champaign. We will leave from The Oaks in Oakwood at 6:00 PM
June 16th, 2004: Annual Stated Meeting, election of officers, 7:00 PM.
June 2nd, 2004: Stated Meeting, 7:00 PM. Round 2 of the Eureka Challenge completed.
May 13, 2004: Awards Dinner. We will honor the Oakwood High School Scholastic Bowl team with certificates and scholarships.
May 5th, 2004: Stated Meeting, 7:00 PM.
May 1st, 2004: Grand Master's Festival, Danville Masonic Temple, 8:00 AM.
April 21, 2004: Father and Child Dinner. Every member should bring his son or daughter to this event. You could even bring a parent in place of a child. Show your family the lodge you are so proud to be a member. 7:00 PM
April 7th, 2004: Stated meeting, Lodge Officer's Competition. 7:00 PM.
April 5th, 2004: Visit to Corinthian Lodge, Danville Masonic Temple, 7:30 PM.
March 17, 2004: Past Master's and Masonic Reminiscence night. Past Masters will be honored and asked to relate a memory from their Masonic journey.

March 3rd, 2004: District Deputy visit during regular Lodge meeting, and the Eureka Challenge.
